In 1978, the Chamber of Commerce Board Chair said there was something more that should be done to recognize the honor graduates from Siloam Springs High School. That May the Chamber held its first Honor Graduate Luncheon, which has been a highlight of the Chamber year, ever since.

Honor graduates and their parents are the guests of the Chamber and their sponsors for a luncheon where each student is introduced and recognized not only for their accomplishments through high school, but also for the plans they have in their future.

Each student is sponsored by two business representatives, who do the introduction.
