Nicknamed the OCLE, the Outstanding Civic Leadership Event had its first event in the Fall of 2008, honoring the retiring Mayor of Siloam Springs after more than 20 years of service. Each year a new recipient is named, be it an individual or group, who has done service for the community above and beyond what is expected.
